Requirements and Responsibilities For Night Auditor |
Oversees and coordinates front office operations during the hotel overnight shift. Reconciles all hotel cashier transactions, ensures the accuracy of folio billing, posts revenue to appropriate accounts, and compiles various management reports. Checks guests in and out, answers front desk telephone and resolves guest service and billing issues as needed. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. |
