| Requirements and Responsibilities For Combined Food Preparation and Service Worker |
| Prepares salads, sauces, desserts, etc. according to proper preparation methods. Responsible for standard food service work including sanitation duties, and various serving responsibilities. May help with grocery selection, storage, maintenance as well as cooking preparation. Has knowledge of proper food handling procedures and government regulations regarding the food code. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. May require 0-1 year of general work experience. |
